(TULSA, Okla.) Quiet weather conditions are expected through Monday. There might be some patchy valley fog Monday morning however confidence remains low regarding overall coverage. A strong wave begins to influence the region Monday night with increasing winds, and a few showers possible before daybreak Tuesday. The resultant gradient will bring windy conditions to the region with early day showers and isolated storms possible across far eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas. Notably lower dew points will precede the associated cold front and bring a window of heightened fire weather concerns for portions of eastern Oklahoma Tuesday afternoon into Tuesday evening. The cold front passes Tuesday night with a sharp cool down Wednesday along with decreasing winds. Widespread rain is expected Thursday through Thursday night, with a cold and rainy day expected for Thanksgiving. A corridor of showers and storms is likely to develop and persist through Friday night ahead of another cold front. The several-day rain event will likely raise flooding concerns.
