(TULSA, Okla.) On Thursday at 6:40 PM, patrol officers were called to the QT at 10220 E. 31st St for reports of a robbery. The victim later told officers that the suspect first approached her as she was walking at 10800 E. 31st St.  The suspect tried to pull her purse off her shoulder while demanding money. The victim pleaded with the suspect not to rob her. She told him she didn't have any money but if he followed her to QT she would get some out of the ATM. The suspect escorted the victim to QT holding her by her clothing.  At the ATM she punched in false numbers while attempting to attract the clerk's attention. The suspect eventually received a small amount of money from the victim.  He left the store stealing merchandise on the way out. Officers located the suspect, Tavon Spencer, in a nearby business.  He physically resisted arrest but was taken into custody without injury. Spencer was arrested for robbery by force or fear and resisting arrest.
