A double fatality collision occurred 11-19-18 at approximately 0217 hours on I244 approximately 1,000 feet west of Memorial Drive westbound, in Tulsa, OK in Tulsa County. Vehicle-1: 2005 Audi TT driven by Jacob Clovis (SIC), white male, age 38, of Tulsa, OK. Subject was pronounced at the scene at 0229 hours by EMS personnel from massive injuries. Vehicle-2: 2000 Buick Le Sabre driven by Ricky Shrum (SIC), white male, age 30, of Tulsa, OK. Subject was pronounced at the scene at 0229 hours by EMS personnel from massive injuries. What happened: Under Investigation Condition of driver Vehicle-1: Under Investigation Cause of Collision: Under Investigation Seatbelts - Equipped Vehicle-1; in use. Equipped Vehicle-2; not in use. Weather - Cloudy Roadway - Dry Pinned - Both occupants pinned approximately 2 hours and freed by members of Tulsa Fire Department.
