Smith was pronounced dead at the scene.

Cowan was taken to a local hospital and listed in good condition.

Two other passengers, Brason T. Calloway, 28, of Sallisaw and Curtis D. Holmes, 29, of Jenks were also taken to a local hospital. Both are expected to survive.
