Five students remain hospitalized after MSU shooting

(EAST LANSING, Mich.) Five students remain at Sparrow Hospital with injuries from the campus shooting at Michigan State University (MSU) on Monday night. 

According to MSU Police and Public Safety, one student is fair condition, one student is in stable condition, and three students are still in critical condition. 

Three students were killed in the shooting. 

Their names were Arielle Anderson, Brian Fraser, and Alexandria Verner. 

Police say the suspect, Anthony Dwayne McRae, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. 

Law enforcement was able to locate McRae because of a tip from a caller who recognized him from the photos that were released. 

Students are expected to return to class on Monday, February 20.
