Woman arrested after $2 million fentanyl delivery from Mexico
OklahomaCrime
(TULSA, Okla.) A Tulsa woman was arrested after a package of fentanyl was delivered to her home from Mexico Thursday.
Officials said Nabrai Lyons, 24, was taken into custody following a joint investigation between the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office and Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs.
We’re told the investigation began after a package containing 22 grams of fentanyl was seized by Customs. An agent posing as a delivery driver then took the delivery to Lyons’ home, where she signed for it.
Investigators said they found a grinder and two bags of powder that are used as cutting agents for fentanyl during a search of the home, and that one of the bags was hidden under a mattress in a child’s bedroom.
We’re told they also found a handgun and ammo.
