(TULSA, Okla.) Vice President Mike Pence flew to Oklahoma to tour flood damage in and around Tulsa on Tuesday. The trip follows President Donald Trump’s Oklahoma Disaster Declaration on Saturday: https://app.verifiednews.network/articles/share/469 “Great to be in Oklahoma with @SecondLady to deliver a simple message for all those who’ve been affected by the storms: We are with you!” Pence tweeted Tuesday after he left. “Thank you to the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma who stepped up to help their neighbors & friends in this hour of need!” Pence was joined by his wife, Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt, Department of Homeland Security Acting Secretary Kevin McAleenan, Acting Administrator of FEMA Peter Gaynor, Congressmen Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) and Kevin Hern (R-OK).
