Two prison walkaways located

Authorities say two inmates who walked away from the Mack Alford Correctional Center in Stringtown Wednesday morning have been located. According to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Jesse Rapan Jr., 38, and Randy W. Jones, 25, were discovered missing from the minimum security unit around 1 a.m. Jones, serving a 7-year sentence for drug possession out of Craig County, was found by ODOC staff just before 5 a.m. Rapan, serving a 15-year sentence for firearm, drug and weapons charges out of Oklahoma County, was found by ODOC staff and Fugitive Apprehension and Investigations agents around 3:35 p.m. Both men were returned to MACC.
